Pickup & Run to Me
Pickup is a six-digit code at the marked Runnerz area. When it’s ready, grab it and get back to the event.
Run to Me puts a venue runner on it: they collect every vendor ticket, walk it to your section, and verify the same code at handoff. One fee, set by the venue. Either way, you skip the concession line.
Why we built it
The worst part of a great night out is leaving it. Twenty minutes in a concession line is twenty minutes of the thing you paid for, gone. So we moved the line onto your phone and put a person on the other end of it.
